Telemundo will air the 11th season of Exatlón Estados Unidos starting Tuesday, December 8, at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. The program returns with a new format called Arena Extrema, designed to increase the physical and mental demands placed on competitors. This marks the first time the show has adopted this specific branding for a full season.

The series has been a staple of Spanish-language television in the United States for more than a decade. Previous seasons established the show as a leading franchise within the network's entertainment lineup. The new season continues this legacy by expanding the scope of the challenges while maintaining the core structure of team-based competition.

Frederik Oldenburg returns to host the show for the eighth time. He has been the face of the program for several years and recently worked on other Telemundo projects, including coverage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and appearances on Love Island USA. His return signals stability in leadership for the franchise as it moves into its latest iteration.

Javier Pons, Chief Content Officer and Head of Telemundo Studios, noted that reaching eleven seasons is a major milestone for the network. He stated that the Arena Extrema concept aims to push athletes to their limits while keeping the content engaging for family audiences. The network intends to showcase a blend of strength, speed, and precision in the upcoming episodes.

The competition will feature twenty athletes divided into two groups of ten: Team Red and Team Blue. The lineup includes Olympic medalists, professional athletes, and international sports champions. Telemundo has not yet released the full list of names, but it will announce the specific contestants in the coming weeks. The athletes will compete in redesigned circuits that test endurance and agility.

Viewers can watch new episodes on the Telemundo channel or stream them through the Telemundo app on mobile devices. The network also maintains an online presence through its website and social media platforms, where it will share additional details about the new season. The show is produced by AcunMedya under the supervision of senior executives at Telemundo Studios.
