Florida voters will cast ballots in the general election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The state will decide races for governor, U.S. Senate, county seats, and multiple constitutional amendments.

Polling stations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Residents in line by 7 p.m. are eligible to cast their ballot. Election Day voting differs from early voting because voters must go to their specific assigned precinct rather than any designated county location.

Voters can locate their precinct by visiting the website of their county Supervisor of Elections. This process applies to residents in Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia counties.

A valid photo ID with a signature is required for all registered voters. Acceptable forms include a Florida driver's license, a Florida identification card, a U.S. passport, a military ID, a student ID, a retirement center ID, a veteran health ID card, or a qualifying government-issued employee ID. The Florida Division of Elections maintains a full list of acceptable identification.

Residents who are unsure of their registration status can use the state's online voter information lookup system. The Florida Division of Elections and local Supervisor of Elections websites provide the current details for these services.
